The truth, as usual, will probably be somewhere in the middle. On the one hand a no deal Brexit day (29th March) will not pass seamlessly, nor (as some of the Remainder media such as the Guardian, would have is it going be the end of life as we know it in the UK.
The most likely outcome is that ther will be a last minute fudge (which businesses couldn't plan for anyway) which will avoid serious consequences at least in the short term. So an SME ignore it strategy is not as irresponsible as some might make out.
